Sarah holds a master’s degree in professional counseling from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.

She has experience working with adults and adolescents with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders at the outpatient and IOP levels from TriCounty Human Services in Winter Haven, FL.

Sarah has also special training in EFT, Gottman Method Relationship Therapy, FARS, and TBRI. Sarah has several years’ experience in an academic setting assisting Polk State’s Corporate College Professional Development and IT/Computer Institutes in providing training to incumbent and unemployed/underemployed individuals.

Outside of her clinical and educational experience, Sarah enjoys being creative through web design, building computers, and painting.
