Anxiety takes on various forms such as separation anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and generalized anxiety.
We all experience anxiety in some form because of normal life stress but when it interferes with our day-to-day life it can be classified as an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety is sometimes called worry. When we worry over small and large issues to a greater degree than is healthy, we may have generalized anxiety and it may be a disorder.
Do you find that it’s very difficult to let go of or set aside worry?
Do you feel “on edge”, keyed up, or restless a lot?
Do you find that it is difficult to concentrate or your mind goes blank?
Do you worry about excessively worrying?
Do you find uncertainty to be unnerving?
